Building permits and fire permits from 2004 to present can be viewed at the City of San Rafael Permits site.

Any plans related to these permits may be copywrite protected and thus are not available here. However, plans can be viewed during normal business hours on public computer kiosks on the second floor of City Hall at 1400 5th Ave.
